The property will be renovated using environmentally sustainable architecture and construction materials and techniques. The facilities will host the Le Cordon Quelbe Cuisine Culinary Institute, the Quelbe Restaurant and Café, and the Quelbe Community Kitchen
Le Cordon Quelbe Cuisine Culinary Institute
The Le Cordon Quelbe Cuisine Culinary Institute is a hospitality and culinary school teaching Caribbean and Virgin Islands Cuisine. Its educational focuses are hospitality management, culinary arts, and gastronomy. The institute will offer a professional chef’s training program that will partner with the restaurant.
Quelbe Restaurant and Café
The Quelbe Restaurant and Café will feature authentic ethno-Caribbean Cuisine. It will facilitate the showcasing and perfecting skills of the culinary school's future chefs as they interface with diners.
Quelbe Community Kitchen
The Quelbe Community Kitchen supports small and start-up food entrepreneurs by providing a facility for custom processing of value-added products for local farmers. The goal is to increase the availability of local, healthy, and affordable food products and foodservice related employment in St. Croix Virgin Islands and adjacent islands.

The boutique consists of 2 buildings; the 6-room Jacaranda Terrace building and the 5-room Plumeria Terrace building. Together, the two buildings offer 5 different room types catering to customer desire for size, amenities, and pricing. Both Jacaranda Terrace and Plumeria Terrace affords the opportunity to combine two 1-bedrooms into a 2-bedroom suite.
